Time Management

Setiap manusia dianugerahkan 24 jam sehari.  Tiada perbezaan di antara orang yang berjaya dengan mereka yang belum berjaya.  Mereka diberi keseksamaan dan peluang yang sama untuk mengecapi kejayaan.  Yang membezakan di antara mereka yang benar-benar berjaya dengan mereka yang belum diberi peluang untuk berjaya hanyalah cara mereka mengendalikan masa.  Sebahagian dari kita tidak tahu membezakan di antara pekara-pekara yang harus diberi keutamaan, di antara SEGERA (URGENT) dan PENTING (IMPORTANT).  Ramai di antara kita juga melakukan kerja-kerja yang kurang nilainya jika dibandingkan dengan masa yang diberikan dan akhirnya banyak pembaziran masa yang telah dibelanjakan dalam satu-satu hari jika dibandingkan dengan tugasan penting yang harus dilakukan.  Akibatnya, banyak kerja-kerja yang tertangguh, ramai yang kecewa apabila berurusan dengan kita dan sebagainya. Kuncinya ‘ kita yang mengawal masa dan bukan masa yang mengawal kita’.  Kita akan menjadi lebih cekap dan berkesan sekiranya kita dapat menguruskan dan mencari satu pendekatan mengenai pengurusan masa dengan baik.

Once they have been equipped with the basic things in level 1 and 2, they would be tested in level 3 where the real business come into the picture.  In this stage they would be exposed with how to survive in the real business.  It would involve with full filling customers’ requirement, customers’ need and customer’s want.  It involves with negotiation process, presentation, tendering, investment, doing project, competition to win projects, influencing power etc.  During economy down turn how their prediction on the organisation behavior and their future.  They would be facing with very difficult scenario where they got to decide to close the business and retrench very potential people in the organisation or they decide to survive and come up with something which they think could save the company survival .  All these scenario would be played in the games’ simulation during the activities.

S.W.A.T (Special Warriors And Tactical) Team @ Corporate Warriors ; Team Building Level III

The CORPORATE WARRIORS or CORPORATE WAR GAMES is experiential corporate war simulation game that describe business corporate world today.  Uncertainty in the market forces and unexpected changes would be definitely effect the business performance.  We have seen so many `big players’ who spend almost whole of their life to built up their empire but collapse in one day due to so many reasons.  The CORPORATE WARRIORS would explore the causes inclusive the human weaknesses from top to bottom, internal factors and external factors, within human control and beyond of human control and we turn it into synergy process to strengthen the corporate team.  The program is combination between class room and out door, conceptual and practical, experiential and adventure.  By adopting CHANGE MANAGEMENT's training philosophy, P.I.E (Practical, Interesting And Enjoyable), this program is aimed to make participants experience the new things and apply all the business issues in the program in their workplace.

Our focus in this level is more to the leadership competency, what are their roles and functions.  How they could differentiate between their individual roles, their own tasks and their function as a leader to the team. ASMA UL HUSNA BUILDING CHARACTER

Merupakan satu program spiritual yang memberi penumpuan kepada pembangunan serta pengurusan nilai dalaman (innerself values) manusia dan pendorong seseorang untuk berubah melalui proses penyemaian nilai murni dan pembentukan jiwa. Pendekatan ABC99 secara taktikal dan strategik dan penumpuan kepada konsep re-engineering dan membantu manusia melihat diri mereka semula dari kaca mata yang bersih (Zero Mind). Pendekatan yang tidak terbatas (universal approaches) dan ia membantu para peserta dalam usaha pencariannya tentang makna hidup, pencariannya tentang kedamaian dalam kerjaya, hubungan sesama manusia, kejujuran, keikhlasan dan tanggungjawab dengan kerja dan sebagainya. ABC99 akan mengekplorasi dari sudut ‘spiritual, emotion,mindset, attitude dan knowledge’. Belum terlambat untuk membuat ‘postmortem’ di atas kegagalan yang telah dilakukan, ‘back to basic’, pasti kita boleh merungkai kembali permasalahan sebenar. 80% krisis pengurusan yang dihadapi oleh organisasi adalah berpunca dari masalah komunikasi – bertentangan serta perbezaan pendapat, masalah prinsip, egoism, masalah sikap, pengendalian emosi dan krisis dalaman (Hati dan emosi yang terbolak balik – tiada ketentraman dan kedamaian). Ini merupakan satu gap yang amat sukar diubati, namun ia bukan menjadi satu alasan untuk tidak boleh diubah. Dengan membiarkan ia berlaku hanya akan memberatkan keadaan dan ia akan menjadi bertambah parah dan ‘barah’. Akhirnya ia akan menjangkit serta melumpuhkan seluruh anggota badan. PENDEKATAN
Methodologi yang disampaikan oleh para penceramah adalah pendekatan ‘experiential Learning’ – Satu siri pengembaraan bagi menguruskan spiritual dan emosi, banyak menggunakan bantuan video, simulasi, ekspresi penceritaan yang boleh membawa para peserta mengalami secara sentuhan rohani yang berkesan. Banyak pendekatan simulasi pengembaraan emosi di dalam program ini di mana para peserta akan merasai dan mengikuti pengembaraan emosi dengan lebih berkesan sama ada secara praktikal atau simulasi. Pengembaraan yang penuh dengan kesan bunyi (sound effect).
NOTA PENTING: Program ini merupakan program pengurusan spiritual dan emosi. Ianya BUKAN PROGRAM UGAMA, namun ugama Islam dan Al-Quran menjadi bahan rujukan utama. Ianya juga boleh dihadiri oleh mereka yang bukan berugama Islam - Mereka hanya diminta mengambil nilai-nilai murni bersesuaian dengan ugama anutan masing-masing.

Strategic Performance Corporate Assessment - BSC/KRA/KPI

To ensure company grows and develops as per planned, we should have some mechanisms to assess the performance of the company as a benchmark or an indicator to the performance.  One of the assessment methodologies that well accepted nowdays is Balance Score Card - KRA/KPI.  It would be a road maps and `blue print' to business and corporate entity to monitor the performance of the business.  We should adopt the self-assessment KPI, BSC and SFO tools and embarked on its implementation under Strategic Business Plans for certain period of time that we have identified. The new reporting system will support this implementation and the outcome that allow top management and managers to take an immediate action. However, as corporate or business entity we should contemplates to begin the strategic development journey and KPI Development that require some benchmarking on the scorecards with existing practicing organization worldwide. The development of the corporate strategic map and scorecard that support the company's Board and Group Pesident’s strategic directions and concern of and long term goals of company are very crucial in avoiding any pitfalls in the implementation and transformation of company.  unfortunately, there are still many companies are working hardly to achieve their own goals and objectives but fail to measure it accordingly based on structured assessment system.  Balance Score Card, Key result Area, Key Performance Indicator are the system that have been cascade down to monitor every sector in the unit to support the main company's vision, mission and objectives.  Due to that with our experiences and expertise in Strategic Management would like to share our knowledge to consult you in these areas.  The program is designed structuredly by combining workshorp and training to enable participants to get involve and understand the process well.  At the end the participants would be able to drive themselves in handling things in the workplace and more clear their part to support company's vision and objectives.
