To
ensure company grows and develops as per planned, we should have some
mechanisms to assess the performance of the company as a benchmark or an
indicator to the performance. One of the assessment methodologies that
well accepted nowdays is Balance Score Card - KRA/KPI. It would be a
road maps and `blue print' to business and corporate entity to monitor
the performance of the business. We should adopt the self-assessment
KPI, BSC and SFO tools and embarked on its implementation under
Strategic Business Plans for certain period of time that we have
identified. The new reporting system will support this implementation
and the outcome that allow top management and managers to take an
immediate action. However, as corporate or business entity we
should contemplates to begin the strategic development journey and KPI
Development that require some benchmarking on the scorecards with
existing practicing organization worldwide. The development of the
corporate strategic map and scorecard that support the company's Board
and Group Pesident’s strategic directions and concern of and long term
goals of company are very crucial in avoiding any pitfalls in the
implementation and transformation of company. unfortunately, there are
still many companies are working hardly to achieve their own goals and
objectives but fail to measure it accordingly based on structured
assessment system. Balance Score Card, Key result Area, Key Performance
Indicator are the system that have been cascade down to monitor every
sector in the unit to support the main company's vision, mission and
objectives. Due to that with our experiences and expertise in Strategic
Management would like to share our knowledge to consult you in these
areas. The program is designed structuredly by combining workshorp and
training to enable participants to get involve and understand the
process well. At the end the participants would be able to drive
themselves in handling things in the workplace and more clear their part
to support company's vision and objectives. This transfer knowledge

The
proposed workshop will encompass the activities for creating new
direction, awareness; build competencies for the preparation of the
knowledge acquisition (k-acquisition), reviewing and relating vision,
mission and targets using balanced scorecard tool, followed by the
updating of the company's Strategic Business Plan key targets areas.
