INTRODUCTION
Good manners and the appearance of success are the essence of the professional.  When an individual looks good, he feels confident and competent. Thus, he will transmit the correct signals reflecting his true abilities in the working or social environment. 

Excellence at the workplace also calls for character, integrity, fairness, honesty and a determination to do what is right.  An organisation with a clear sense of direction will provide the purpose for everybody to move in unison towards achieving the business objectives. COURSE DESCRIPTION
This workshop will focus on creating an awareness and developing social and business skills.  It also emphasizes the concept of personal mastery and interpersonal relations.
