Our focus in this level is more to the leadership competency, what are their roles and functions. How
they could differentiate between their individual roles, their own
tasks and their function as a leader to the team. The participants would
be exposed with style of leadership, mindset changing, characteristics
of effective leaders, project management, how they react during crisis
time, people management, etc. At the end of the program,
we would expect that the participants would be able to react and take
some proactive action as a leader.
